Place Pad-Pak™ and Samaritan® PAD on a flat surface	Slide the Pad-Pak™ fully into the slot on the underside of the Samaritan® PAD	Press Pad-Pak™ into the Samaritan PAD until it clicks.

Lay bag down. The device can be operated without "unzipping" the bag. Press the On/Off button	Pull green tab to open flap. This will expose the location of the defibrillation pads.

Locate defibrillation pads behind flap.	Pull defibrillation pads out through opening and follow visual & voice instructions.

Tear open package.	Remove pads from blue liner and apply to patient's bare chest as shown on picture.

Basic Care Storage Temperature -10° - 50°F Do not keep Samaratin PAD in excessively hot or cold environments for extended periods of time. Cleaning Wipe the Samaratin PAD with a soft cloth that has been dampened by one of the following: Soapy Water Isopropyl Alcohol (70% solution)
